a name and a blessing

My Little Monkey,

On August 18, 2011 your dad gave you a name and a blessing. Your Grandpa & Grandma Hales let us bless you in their home in Las Vegas. It was so wonderful having the Hales' and Nestman's there to share your special day, a big thanks to Grandpa and Nana Nestman for driving all the way from Utah to be there.

Your dad did an amazing job and let you know how much both of your families love you so much. Your dad and I can't imagine our lives without you. You have such a sweet disposition and we eager to continue to watch you grow. We love you very much and are grateful to be your parents.

Ava's blessing dress is very special, I had the same exact one given to me when I was a little girl. They are both from my Grandma Hales and Ava's Great Grandma. Also, my mother-in-law gave Ava a special blessing bracelet, which was so cute and will always be special to her. Thanks everyone for coming on our special day. We love family!

Cousins

I have two cousins who were pregnant at the same time as me and we all had girls. It has been fun having them all around the same age, I just wish we lived in Vegas so they could play more. Ava is the only one that doesn't live in Vegas! They all got to meet for the first time at Great Grandma Hales' house, this is just the beginning of a lot more fun times ahead.

Tatum, Dixie, and Ava

Tatum is the oldest, she was born May 15th, then Dixie who was born June 5th, and then Ava who was born June 10th. As you can see they are going to be great friends and I can't wait to watch them grow older together!

Height: 22 inches

Head: 14 3/4 inches

Ava is in the 10th percentile for weight, and 50th for height!
