San Diego

Mike's brother, Trent and his wife Emily, came to California to visit some of her family. Mike's brother, Chad, came down from Utah to visit family in San Diego, and his other brother, Ryan, lives in San Diego (you still with me) so we decided to make a weekend of it and introduced Ava to everyone! Mike's Uncle Gary and Brooke live in San Diego and were so nice letting us stay at their place! It was a fun weekend filled with lots of tennis for the boys, eating, and talking. It was so fun and I hope we can do it again. We missed you Brett!!

Newport

When Ava was one month old we went to Newport to stay for a week with my parents. It was just Ava and myself, we left Mike home to work :( It was a lot of fun and was filled with a lot of eating, talking, pool time, and of course for Ava sleeping...

We spent a lot of time over at Balboa visiting the ocean, eating at Great Mex, and finishing it off with Ruby's shake on the pier.

Mike ended up joining us at the end of the week to come pick me and Ava up, and to fit some golf in. Newport is so pretty I already miss it.
I didn't get a picture of the boys golfing, but here is the golf course that they play religiously when they go to Newport.
